许多UCLA的学生都有丰富的简历，但是几乎没人敢说他们在白宫网站上有一页。2012年，Hajialiakbar 在白宫被授予“改变世界的斗士”。他在UCLA 建立了Coaching Corps分部，号召学生指导那些社区周围没有公园且没能参加学校运动项目的孩子。对Hajialiakbar来说，指导与建立团队意识，纪律和自尊息息相关。通过指引这些孩子，他得以回报小时候受到的指导之恩。Hajialiakbar的大学生活还包括在Zanzibar教英语，在艾滋服务中心做志愿者。接下来呢？去获得法律学位，以及新的方式帮助他人。

He already has a page on the White House website.

Many UCLA students have formidable résumés. But very few can say they have a page on the White House website. The White House is where Cameron Hajialiakbar was recognized in 2012 as a “Champion of Change.” He started a Coaching Corps chapter at UCLA, involving fellow students in coaching kids from neighborhoods that don’t have access to park and school sports programs. For Hajialiakbar, coaching is about building teamwork, discipline and self-esteem while you play the game. In coaching others, he’s repaying the mentors of his own childhood. Hajialiakbar’s undergraduate career also included teaching English in Zanzibar and volunteering at the AIDS Service Center. Next up? A law degree and a whole new set of tools for helping others.
