A global fashion retailer is looking for an online acquisition marketing analyst for their E-Commerce Department at their Los Angeles headquarters. The Online Acquisition Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing in depth analysis of all major customer acquisition programs across online channels including social media, mobile, and comparison shopping. The Analyst will work closely with digital marketing leaders to help develop targeted and segmented customer acquisition programs, and will optimize channels to increase ROI and develop more direct relationships with customers. This company has about 25,000 employees nationwide and 3,000 employees at their headquarters location.

Position:                           Online Acquisition Marketing Analyst

Stipend:                           $9.00/hour (40 hours/week)

Program length:                12 months (interns only)

Position Details:

• Analyze and report site performance, including segmentation analysis, observations

• Communicate channel performance, observations, actionable insights and upcoming initiatives to supervisors

• Assist e-Commerce Marketing leaders in the development and optimization of customer acquisition programs

• Track, analyze, and inform e-Commerce Marketing teams of all customer KPIs and qualitative feedback

• Lead the implementation of top-priority channel initiatives to drive improvements in performance

• Collaborate across numerous departments (including Design, Global Creative, Merchandising, etc.) to support initiatives

• Answer and provide analytical support to our fast-growing business as it evolves

• Support Online Acquisition Marketing team in maintaining and cultivating relationships with partners and vendors

• Assist in troubleshooting, technical issues, and ad hoc queries

 

Position Requirements:

- Advanced English communication skills

- Major in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SQL

- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Coremetrics, Omniture, Fireclick, and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of mobile media, affiliate marketing, display media, native advertising and Facebook advertising platforms

- Knowledge of email service platforms such as CheetahMail

-    - Some experience in online marketing or e-commerce strongly preferred
